BOOKING: Please be sure to read full descriptions of appointments before booking, by clicking on treatment name, and scrolling back up to read.

PRICING and length of appointments accounts for continuing education, tools, techniques, as well as physical and mental output used to ensure an effective outcome.

DIRECT BILLING: We currently DO NOT offer direct billing. All appointments are eligible to be covered under your RMT benefits, and can be reimbursed by submitting proof of your payment to your insurance company.

BENEFIT COVERAGE - note that not all insurance companies will cover 100% of treatment cost. It is your responsibility to know what is covered under your plan annually and per appointment.

PAYMENT: - Payment can be made at time of appointment by DEBIT, CREDIT, or E-TRANSFER

NEW CLIENTS: We require a credit card on file to book your first appointment. If you do not have a credit card, please contact us by email to arrange to make a deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel or reschedule 36 hours before appointment time. Late Cancellations will be charged a $50 fee if time slot cannot be filled. No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of treatment cost (not covered by extended health benefits).

LOCATION: We are located within Refine Med Spa, closer to the North side of Plaza. You can find us on Google Maps or at the bottom of your booking/reminder emails.
